The Georgios Frantzis Group of Companies is active in the operation of the Frantzis Shipyards and in the management of tugboats with the Maritime Companies Thalassia Avra ​​and Thalassia Avra ​​I. As the main shareholder, managing director and manager of the two Maritime Companies, George Frantzis has been actively involved in the management of tugboats since 2015 until today. Initially with the tugboat built by his shipyard, R/K APOLLON of Thalassia Avra ​​company and from 2022 with the newly built R/K ORFEAS-HLIOS of Thalassia Avra ​​I company.The two tugboats operate in the Corinthiakos and mainly serve the ports of Thisvi, Itea and Antikyra. In all the years of their uninterrupted operation, they have successfully and diligently completed more than 1500 moves. Excellent organization, supervision and carefully selected crews guarantee the best in service delivery. Also, the know-how and the maintenance program that is followed ensure the smooth operation of the ships, with practical proof of the fact that we have never lost a project due to damage or any other reason related to the smooth operation of the ships.The purpose of the Group is the continuation and further development of our presence in the area by optimizing the exploitation of the two tugboats, but also the construction of a third soon.
